ORGRAN Gluten-free/Dairy-free Chocolate cake base flour mix 375g Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Wheat-free, Soy-free, Egg-free, Yeast-free, Nut-free and GMO-free. Vegan. Kosher. Contains no artificial colors or preservatives. CONTAINS NO TRACES OF ALLERGENS Preparation suggestion: Mix the contents of the package with 165 ml water, 2 eggs or equivalent Orgran egg replacer and 60g plant margarine. Mix on high with an electric mixer until you get a smooth batter (approx. 4 mins). Pour into a prepared oiled approx. 20×5 cm tin and bake for approx. 30-35 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Needle test required. VEGAN option: Mix the contents of the package with 230 ml water and 15g vegetable oil or margarine. The rest is the same as described above. Ingredients: Raw sugar, rice flour, potato starch, corn starch, corn flour, cocoa powder (4.5%), corn starch, sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate, calcium carbonate), emulsifier: vegetable monoglycerides. Tapioca starch, salt, natural vanilla flavor, vegetable gums (stabilizers): (carboxymethyl cellulose, guar gum, carrageenan, methyl cellulose), citric acid. Store in a cool, dry place.
