ORGRAN Gluten-free Vanilla cake flour mix 10 minutes
A wonderful mix for making delicious vanilla cake easily, from natural ingredients. The moist cake is ready in just over 30 minutes and is sure to become a frequent dessert in your home. The product is labeled Tummy Friendly, which means it does not cause bloating and is easy to digest. Products with this label are free of gluten, fructose, onion, garlic, and pea flour. Also suitable for vegans. ORGRAN Gluten-free/Dairy-free Vanilla cake flour mix 375g Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Wheat-free, Soy-free, Egg-free, Yeast-free, Nut-free and GMO-free. Vegan. Kosher. Contains no artificial colors or preservatives. CONTAINS NO TRACES OF ALLERGENS Preparation suggestion: Mix the contents of the package with 165 ml water, 2 eggs or equivalent Orgran egg replacer and 60g plant margarine. Mix on high with an electric mixer until you get a smooth batter (approx. 4 mins). Pour into a prepared oiled approx. 20×5 cm tin and bake for approx. 30-35 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Needle test required. VEGAN option: Mix the contents of the package with 230 ml water and 15g vegetable oil or margarine. The rest is the same as described above. Ingredients: Raw sugar, rice flour, potato starch, corn starch, corn flour, corn starch, natural vanilla flavor (1%), raising agents: (monocalcium phosphate-sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate). Emulsifier: vegetable monoglycerides. Tapioca starch, salt, vegetable gums (stabilizers): (carboxymethyl cellulose, guar gum, carrageenan, methyl cellulose), acidity regulator: citric acid. Store in a cool, dry place.
