Oat bran contains the most fibre of the whole oat kernel, and Damhert’s are also high in protein and organic. Delicious for breakfast in yoghurt or (vegetable) milk, but also a delicious addition to bread dough and processed in biscuits.
Recommended usage: A positive effect is reached with a daily intake of 3g of oat beta-glucans. This volume is reached with 50g = 10 table spoons of oat brans. Perfect to use while making pancakes, pastry, bread, soup or other liquids.
