With this régime spagehtti, you will help limit your daily carbohydrate intake and thus this spaghetti can help you with your healthy weight management. Recommended usage: Choking hazard for people with swallowing difficulties. It is recommended to drink plenty of water when eating the Konjac spaghetti.
Preparation: Rinse the spaghetti briefly under cold water to remove the konjac smell. Heat the spaghetti (without boiling) approx.2 min. in an open pan or 1 min. in the microwave on 800W. Add the prepared spaghetti to your favorite dish.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, not below 0°C. Once opened, store in an airtight container with clear water for two days.
