This traditional acacia honey, from the blossom of the acacia tree, has a mild, neutral flavour. This flavour does not dominate dishes and keeps their natural taste. This clear honey is definitely worth testing and also has a high fructose content. This allows you to give your dishes a sweet touch in an artisanal, traditional way.
Recommended usage: Honey is not recommended for children under 12 months of age.
Preparation:
Storage: Due to its high fructose content, this honey remains liquid for a long time when stored at room temperature. Tip: Crystallised honey becomes liquid again when you put the jar in a warm water bath (35°C) for some time.
